I’m Angela, a PhD qualified gut microbiome scientist, educator, and coach.
I’ve spent years studying how diet interacts with the gut microbiome, and just as long helping real people apply that knowledge without extremes, restriction, or marketing hype. This course is exactly how I’d teach a close friend if they asked.
